Insurance

We are preferred providers for most major insurance plans. We do not participate in Tenncare. While we will file claims on your behalf, the expense for your child's medical care remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian. Co-pays are expected at the time of the visit. Because your plan and your coverage under your plan may change between visits, we may request to verify insurance information at each visit.
